Job summary

Asana, Inc. is seeking a consultant who guides enterprise customers through implementing Agentic Workflow Management (AWM) and AI-powered work.

You will align stakeholders on a shared adoption plan, and drive measurable impact across top workflows by designing structured, time-bound engagements from onboarding to workflow launch. You will partner with executive sponsors and frontline teams, managing ambiguity with sound judgment and translating customer needs into repeatable delivery processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles within SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Experience guiding structured onboarding or technical platform deployments.
• Strong understanding of AI workflow design and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding engagements aligning stakeholders on platform setup and success metrics.
• Document and transition clear implementation plans for prioritized workflows.
• Guide end-to-end processes from mapping to production-ready workflows with Asana AI.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across time-bound engagements and milestones.
• Develop deployment roadmaps to scale Asana AI usage and expand use cases.
• Lead recurring check-ins with account teams to monitor performance and adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and R&D to surface expansion signals.
