Job summary

Asana is seeking a consultant to guide enterprise customers through adopting Agentic Workflow Management (AWM) and AI-powered work design. You will align executive and frontline stakeholders, map workflows, and drive measurable outcomes across high-value processes.

You will lead structured engagements from onboarding to launch, coordinating with Customer Success, Sales, and R&D to surface expansion opportunities and deliver production-ready workflows with embedded AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding structured onboarding or technical deployments in SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable configuration decisions.
• Proven track record of managing complex, concurrent enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding engagements aligning stakeholders on platform setup and success metrics.
• Document and transition clear implementation plans with prioritized workflows and risk mitigation.
• Guide customers end-to-end through process mapping, workflow configuration, and user testing to production-ready outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across time-bound engagements with IT, business, and end users.
• Develop deployment roadmaps and documentation for scaling Asana AI usage and adoption.
• Lead recurring check-ins to monitor workflow performance and uncover new AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and R&D to surface expansion signals and drive growth.
• Create repeatable frameworks to bring consistency across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
