Cloudera is seeking a Business Value Manager to translate data and AI capabilities into quantified business outcomes. You will partner with sales and executives to shape deal strategy, develop value-based business cases, and drive ARR growth across a defined territory.

You will work with Security, Product, and Strategy teams to embed value narratives into enterprise AI roadmaps, aligning technical architecture with long-term economic impact and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience articulating financial and business value to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build CFO-grade business cases (TCO/ROI).
• Strong analytical skills with quantitative cost modeling.
• Experience shaping deal strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Familiarity with data platforms and AI workloads is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the business value architect for strategic deals within a defined sales territory.
• Stakeholder alignment and ownership across senior sales leaders and the account team.
• Drive ARR growth by embedding quantified value narratives into deal strategy.
• Engage CFO/CIO-level stakeholders to shape enterprise AI and data strategies.
• Build and present CFO-grade business cases (TCO, ROI, NPV, IRR).
• Support multi-year deal cycles with scenario modeling and competitive positioning.
• Align solution design with commercial objectives with Sales and Product teams.
• Lead global value selling thought leadership and enablement initiatives.
• Develop value frameworks and case studies with customers.
• Represent Cloudera in executive forums on AI economics and operating models.
• Scale analysis with AI tools and automation for repeatable value assets.
