SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, curriculum design, and rollout of enterprise AI tools for a national law firm. You will deliver live and virtual sessions, author training content, and drive adoption of Harvey and other foundation models.

You will collaborate with the firm's central training team to ensure practical workflow integration, responsible AI use, and measurable training outcomes for attorneys, paralegals, and executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or tech consulting.
• At least 1 year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal environment AI/tech consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompts, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Experience delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
• U.S. citizenship or green card holder residing in approved states.

Responsabilités

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Design curriculum, learning paths, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions on legal workflows and productivity.
• Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS.
• Roll out Harvey-focused training and adoption across the firm.
• Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and foundation models.
• Guide usage of Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Grok in practice.
• Provide high-touch enablement and workflow guidance to executives.
• Educate on responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
• Establish SOPs for AI-enabled legal research/drafting.
• Track attendance, platform usage, and feedback.
