SMART TECH SKILLS LLC in the United States is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education and adoption across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instructions, and author digital content focused on practical legal workflows using Harvey and enterprise foundation models.

You will train attorneys, paralegals, and executives, build prompt libraries, publish modules in Absorb LMS, and guide governance and responsible AI usage across the organization.

Competenze

• 4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on Harvey AI experience or law-firm AI consulting background.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience administering LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb LMS).
• Strong ability to deliver live virtual training to professionals.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder residing in approved states.
