Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Tech to partner with global technology leaders, guiding adoption of Claude capabilities across API, Claude Code, and Cowork. You will develop strategic partnerships, align with executives on business objectives, and drive expansion through data-driven ROI insights.

You will collaborate with account teams to tailor best practices, scale usage, and implement change management strategies that maximize value and outcomes

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with Fortune 500 tech companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at executive level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change/adoption programs across large, multi-function teams.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key customer decision makers in complex, matrixed organizations; identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle; conduct structured assessments grounding comprehensive account and success plans.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products (API, Claude Code, Cowork) and guide customers to best solutions.
• Proactively drive consumption planning and ROI-based value messaging across Claude surface areas.
• Monitor usage to identify optimization opportunities and expand contracted commitments.
• Socialize Anthropic’s product roadmap and engage Product PMs to align on customer needs.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to maximize adoption and value within customer organizations.
