Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive AI adoption for a major tech account. You will partner with executives, guide usage of Claude APIs and tools, and shape strategic outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

You will build trusted relationships, align business objectives with AI capabilities, and lead change management to maximize ROI while scaling consumption and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, TAM, solutions engineering, or strategy consulting.
• Experience with F10 companies at executive level and leading adoption programs.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, SDLC, and cross‑functional stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with customer decision makers and identify optimization opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's Claude products to guide customers to best solutions.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle with structured program and reviews.
• Identify new use cases and collaborate with Sales/Product to expand Claude usage.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and ROI.
• Proactively drive consumption planning and quantify outcomes to justify investment.
• Prioritize across multiple business units to create repeatable motions.
