Job summary

Sierra, based in San Francisco, is seeking a GTM technical leader to own the pre-sales process, scope use cases, articulate business value, and design and demo the platform. You will lead technical reviews and act as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering to improve offerings and tailor solutions for enterprise customers. A background in sales engineering and a CS-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Sales Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Experience building demos and presenting to customers.
• Proven ability to build relationships with executives and technical leaders.
• Experience leading sales processes with Enterprise customers.
• Ability to connect business problems to Sierra’s solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort using AI tools in sales motions while owning the final output.

Responsibilities

• GTM technical expert: own end-to-end pre-sales, scope use cases, articulate business value, design and demo Sierra’s platform, lead technical reviews, and serve as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle.
• Cross-functional work: collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive GTM and improve the Agents through customer-driven product development.
• Lead & support customers: understand and anticipate needs in early conversations with future customers to advance the AI solution.
