Job summary

Sierra, based in San Francisco, is seeking a bilingual GTM technical leader to own the pre-sales process, scope customer use cases, and design demos of Sierra’s AI platform for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to improve our offering, build trust with executives, and translate business problems into technical solutions while maintaining accuracy and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Bachelor's degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process: scope use cases, articulate business value, design and demo Sierra’s platform, lead architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM and improve products based on customer feedback.
• Lead and support customers in early conversations, understanding needs to advance Sierra’s AI solution.
