Job summary

Sierra is seeking a GTM technical expert to own end-to-end pre-sales for our AI-enabled platform. You will scope customer use cases, articulate business value, design and demo Sierra’s platform, and lead technical reviews with enterprise clients.

Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive GTM and iterate based on customer feedback. A strong track record in technical sales and a related engineering background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, solutions engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Past experience in demo building and presenting to customers in GTM.
• Experience building relationships with executives and technical leaders.
• Experience leading sales processes with Enterprise customers.
• Ability to connect business problems to Sierra solutions and explain to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ownership of AI tool-assisted demonstrations and solutions while citing tools appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process: scope use cases, articulate value, design and demo Sierra platform, lead architecture reviews.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to improve our GTM and product.
• Lead and support customers in early conversations as a trusted technical leader in the sales cycle.
