Sierra is building a platform to deliver human-centric customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing North American offices.

We seek a GTM technical leader to own the pre-sales process, design demos, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver value to enterprise customers. You will translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences and drive the sales cycle with executives and leaders.

Qualifications

• Language fluency in Spanish and English.
• 5-7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Experience in demo building and presenting to customers in GTM.
• Experience building relationships with executives and technical leaders.
• Experience leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
• Ability to connect business problems to Sierra solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to leverage AI tools in sales while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process: scope customer use cases, articulate business value, design and demo Sierra’s platform, lead tech reviews, and act as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive GTM and improve Agents through customer-driven product development.
• Lead and support customers in early conversations, understanding and anticipating needs to advance the AI solution.
