Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking a seasoned GTM Engineer to own the technical pre‑sales journey and present Sierra’s AI platform to enterprise customers. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape solutions and drive customer value from first contact through deployment.

You will build relationships with executives and technical leaders, translate business problems into technical outcomes, and lead enterprise deals with a customer‑obsessed, results‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer‑facing technical sales.
• Experience in building demos and presenting to customers in GTM context.
• Proven ability to build relationships with executives and technical leaders.
• Experience leading enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to translate customer problems into Sierra solutions for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort using AI tools in sales workflows with clear ownership of outputs.
• Bachelor's Degree or above; CS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end technical pre‑sales process, scoping use cases and designing demos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering to drive GTM initiatives and improve products.
• Lead and support customers in early conversations to understand needs and map Sierra solutions.
