Job summary

Notion is hiring a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey—from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, implementation, and renewal planning. You’ll translate workflows into commercial outcomes, partnering across teams to ensure credits translate into value for customers.

You’ll be the trusted owner of your accounts, guiding complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and delivering live demos and co-design sessions that map customer needs to Notion solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in front of a customer.
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—from first meeting to renewal.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers during discovery.
• Collaborate with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, and legal reviews.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan.
• Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding and renewal execution.
