Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a customer-facing solutions engineer to own the technical relationship with enterprise clients, translating complex business challenges into high-impact AI solutions built on the Moveworks Platform from design through launch. You will be the primary technical contact, working with customer IT teams and internal engineering and product teams.

This is a field-based role, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise clients.
• Experience in AI/agentic design and API-based integrations.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to operate across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own 5–8 enterprise customer engagements as the primary technical owner.
• Architect and deliver AI solutions using Moveworks Platform.
• Design and build integrations between Moveworks and enterprise systems.
• Advise customers on Agentic AI roadmaps and enable their teams.
• Provide feedback to Engineering/Product to improve the platform.
• Generalize solutions into reusable templates for the team.
