Job summary

Fortinet seeks an AI Sales Specialist to drive GTM for AI security. This quota-carrying role focuses on expanding Fortinet’s AI security footprint, closing 6- and 7-figure ACV deals, and guiding executives on AI governance and security practices.

You will train regional account teams, engage enterprise clients, and collaborate with partners to accelerate AI security adoption. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, CS or related field.
• 7+ years quota-carrying technical sales in AI/related tech.
• Proven track record closing 6- and 7-figure ACV deals.
• Experience engaging with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and VP-level leaders.
• Knowledge of AI technologies: ML, DL, generative AI.
• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive industries preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Cloud computing proficiency (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute GTM strategy for AI security across the region.
• Build pipeline with account managers and partners to close AI security deals.
• Lead customer-facing activities: exec presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Deliver regional training on product features, differentiators, use cases.
• Consult with enterprise clients on AI landscape and security challenges.
• Engage in strategic account selling and customer success.
• Collaborate with channel partners to close AI security deals.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and AI decision-makers.
• Align with sales, marketing, and product management for GTM messaging.
• Educate customers on agentic AI best practices and Fortinet leadership.
