Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own a defined territory in Oregon, drive net-new revenue and expansion, and close complex deals in a consumption-based model. You’ll build your pipeline, tell Elastic’s AI story, and partner across teams to accelerate outcomes.

You bring 5+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals, expert discovery, and executive-level storytelling to map Elastic capabilities to measurable business value; open-source enthusiasm is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a SaaS or usage-based model.
• Demonstrated MEDDPICC or equivalent pipeline discipline.
• Executive presentations and demos tying tech to business value.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline; generate 50%+ booked opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities with MEDDPICC; chase high-confidence deals.
• Deliver tailored value stories and live demos mapping Elastic to outcomes.
• Collaborate on formal close plans; maintain CRM accuracy and forecast.
• Lead contract/price discussions; secure multi-year consumption commitments.
• Discuss cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and data architectures.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps.
