Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an energetic Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the US market. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You’ll collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate outcomes, apply MEDDPICC, and demonstrate clear business value through executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to enterprise accounts and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to articulate ROI, TCO, and business value.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, observability, security, and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own defined territory and build a robust pipeline in the US market.
• Lead contract and pricing discussions, including consumption-based arrangements.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and demos tying product capabilities to business value.
