Job summary

Perform is a Milton, GA-based AI, consulting, and engineering firm seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales hunter to own full-cycle deals from prospecting to SOW. You will build your own pipeline, engage CIOs/CTOs, and close scoped, fixed-fee engagements with delivery teams backing you.

You’ll work fully remotely across the US, collaborating with offshore staff and a VP of AI on solution scoping, and reporting directly to the CEO. This is a high-velocity, outcomes-driven role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch.
• Experience selling scoped projects or consulting engagements.
• Ability to engage CIOs/CTOs and senior IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and close net-new enterprise opportunities.
• Lead discovery, solution scoping, and SOW authoring with delivery leads.
• Price, negotiate, and close fixed-fee or milestone-based engagements.
• Direct offshore team support for prospecting and account monitoring.
• Focus on outcomes and avoid commodity staffing pitches.
