Weaviate, a fast-growing, fully remote AI startup, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to own the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to contract closure. You’ll target the US West Coast, engage in complex negotiations, and demonstrate how our vector search and AI features create enterprise value.

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in infrastructure, databases, or AI/ML.
• US West Coast quota attainment and regional procurement knowledge.
• Ability to discuss APIs, LLMs, vector embeddings, and cloud architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process from outreach to closing.
• Develop and execute a territorial plan for key industries.
• Conduct deep discovery to map customer pain points and demonstrate Weaviate's value.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations and Marketing to leverage the open-source community.
