Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Technical AI Program Manager to connect the enterprise's AI demand with delivery teams and executive leaders. You will field requests, shape directional solutions, and oversee governance and ROI reporting across AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with data science, platform engineering, security, and business leaders to decide between external solutions, internal platforms, or custom builds, ensuring value and efficiency across the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning software engineering and technical program/product delivery, ideally including direct work with AI/ML systems.
• Ability to discuss AI strategies with executives and translate business asks into technical requirements.
• Experience tracking spend and ROI narratives for leadership decisions.
• Comfort moving forward with incomplete information and aligning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming AI requests and assess real problem, urgency, and scope.
• Shape directional AI solutions and choose external vs internal vs custom-build paths.
• Govern AI initiatives from concept to production deployment and track portfolio health.
• Own visibility into AI spend and ROI reporting for leadership.
• Turn technical and business input into decision-ready narratives for engineers and executives.
