Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a motivated Program Manager for the Enterprise AI team to unify delivery across AI initiatives, monitor milestones, dependencies, and schedules. You will oversee budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics, ensuring accountability across project managers, product owners, and initiative leads.

The role emphasizes clear executive communication and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex programs or portfolios, with multiple parallel projects.
• Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience; ability to adapt the approach to the work.
• Strong command of budgets, forecasting, and delivery metrics.
• Track record of clear executive communication, on the page and in meetings.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a unified delivery plan across all Enterprise AI work with milestones and dependencies.
• Track budgets and spend across the portfolio and provide early, honest read on cost, risk, and progress.
• Keep project managers, product owners, and initiative leads accountable to schedule and delivery.
• Serve as primary point for escalation and coordination.
• Collaborate with IT and Operating Units; produce executive-level reports and summaries.
