You will Partner with data science, platform engineering, security, and business leaders to ensure value, efficiency, and alignment with financial and resident-experience goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning software engineering and technical program/product delivery.
• AI/ML systems experience and production delivery.
• Ability to translate business asks into technical requirements and constraints.
• Executive-ready updates on program health, risks, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Intake & triage: field AI requests, assess urgency, route to pilot or full program.
• Solution shaping: sketch directional solutions with data science, security, and business leads; choose build vs buy paths.
• Accountability & tracking: govern AI initiatives and manage ROI reporting.
• Synthesis & communication: convert technical and business input into decision-ready narratives.
