Job summary

IDC is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Program Management to establish a new AI PM function and drive a portfolio of enterprise AI initiatives. The role partners with the VP of AI to convert strategy into concrete roadmaps, govern delivery, and ensure measurable business impact across data, governance, and agent-based solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires drafting charters, managing dependencies, and maintaining accountability across engineering, security, legal, and product

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program, product, transformation, or portfolio-management experience.
• Experience delivering AI, data, analytics, cloud-platform, or enterprise-software initiatives.
• Strong ability to convert ambiguity into practical plans.

Responsibilities

• Build IDC’s AI program-management function with standards, rituals, and governance.
• Translate strategy into an actionable roadmap across AI platforms, governance, and adoption.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs across multiple functions.
• Define repeatable delivery lifecycle for AI products from discovery to adoption.
• Create executive-ready communications on progress, risks and next steps.
