Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks an experienced technical program leader to oversee an enterprise AI platform and its portfolio of AI-powered solutions. You will coordinate AI infrastructure, governance, and platform operations, ensuring smooth progression from experimentation to production.

You will align cross-functional teams across engineering, security, and product, establish delivery processes, and drive measurable platform adoption while maintaining risk controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large, cross-functional technology programs.
• Experience moving AI/ML initiatives to production at scale.
• Strong Agile and enterprise delivery knowledge.
• Familiarity with Azure-based AI tooling and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution across AI infra and tooling teams.
• Coordinate dependencies across security, architecture, and product teams.
• Establish intake, evaluation, and delivery plans for AI initiatives.
• Define production readiness, security testing, and monitoring processes.
• Implement governance, risk management, and audit documentation.
• Serve as central coordinator among sponsors, leadership, security, and users.
• Facilitate agile planning, backlogs, milestones, and releases across teams.
• Drive platform adoption and improve developer/user experience.
• Develop metrics for platform adoption, AI outcomes, incidents, and costs.
