Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a experienced Program Manager for Enterprise AI to unify multiple AI initiatives into a single delivery view. You will coordinate with project managers, product owners, and initiative leads to ensure schedules and milestones are met while maintaining budgetary discipline and executive visibility.

The role emphasizes hands-on Agile practices, rigorous governance, and delivering tangible impact across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years managing complex programs or portfolios.
Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience with adaptable approach.
Strong budgets, forecasting, and delivery metrics experience.
Clear executive communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a unified delivery plan across all Enterprise AI work with milestones and dependencies.
Track budgets and spend across the portfolio and report on cost, risk, and progress.
Keep project managers, product owners, and leads accountable to schedule and delivery without overreach.
Serve as primary escalation point and coordinate across teams and functions.
Produce executive-level reports and summaries to inform decisions.
