Jacobs is seeking a motivated, highly organized Program Manager to oversee Enterprise AI initiatives. You will connect multiple teams into one clear delivery view, driving accountability and delivery across the portfolio to accelerate AI with measurable impact.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and governance, and produce executive reports while collaborating with IT and Operating Units to deliver advanced AI, data, or technology programs in a large, matrixed organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years managing complex programs or portfolios.
• Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience; adapt approach as needed.
• Strong budgets, forecasting, and delivery metrics.
• Clear executive communication on paper and in meetings.
• High attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a unified delivery plan across all Enterprise AI work with milestones and dependencies.
• Track budgets and spend; provide early risk and progress reads to leaders.
• Keep PMs, product owners, and initiative leads accountable to schedule and delivery.
• Serve as primary escalation and coordination point.
• Collaborate with IT and Operating Units.
• Produce executive-level reports and summaries.
