Job summary

The Momentary seeks an AI Program Manager to design and operationalize an enterprise AI ecosystem across its non-profit portfolio. You will establish a scalable AI architecture with governance, versioning, and responsible AI practices, coordinating with executive leadership and technical teams.

This role drives AI-enabled workflows, engagement with stakeholders, and the adoption of enterprise AI capabilities, balancing governance with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, analytics, mathematics, computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
• Experience designing scalable systems, frameworks, and operating models is required.
• Experience in governance frameworks, controls, and policy structures is strongly preferred in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a scalable AI architecture and governance framework across the organization.
• Design and enforce AI governance, controls, and versioning standards with auditability.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives, change management, and adoption strategies across business units.
• Partner with technology teams to align architecture and governance with enterprise standards.
• Represent AI transformation capabilities internally and externally through thought leadership.
