Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI, to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives and build scalable operational frameworks across the organization. The role partners with Principal PMs, Architects, and enablement teams to translate AI strategy into tangible results.

You will report to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI, and be based in Austin, TX with remote flexibility across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within an enterprise
• Experience designing and scaling governance or service management frameworks
• Proven cross-functional leadership with engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business units
• Fluent with AI tools and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Service Management)
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structured operational frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end from strategy to operational adoption
• Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units
• Establish and drive the operational program cadence and executive progress reporting
• Own and optimize the enterprise AI intake and routing pipeline with business value and technical requirements
• Track requests through the full software lifecycle from intake to production adoption
• Facilitate governance and review with Security, GRC, and Legal to ensure compliance
• Manage the core enterprise backlog for AI use cases and connectors
• Design scalable, repeatable processes including intake forms, SLAs, routing workflows
