Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI to lead enterprise-wide AI programs and build scalable governance and operating frameworks. You will work with Principal Product Managers, Architects, Enablement Managers, and cross-functional leaders to turn AI strategy into results.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI, this role is based in Austin with flexibility for remote candidates nationwide, enabling scalable AI initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale technical programs.
• Experience designing, establishing, and scaling governance or service management frameworks.
• Proven track record in cross-functional leadership with engineering, security, legal, and business units.
• Fluency with AI tools, architectures, and workflow tools (e.g., Jira/Jira Service Management).
• Excellent written communication and ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build scalable operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end across multiple teams.
• Manage dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units.
• Establish and drive the enterprise AI intake, governance, and reporting cadence.
• Own the AI tooling lifecycle from intake to production adoption.
• Implement scalable operational processes, SLAs, and routing workflows.
• Coordinate governance reviews with Security, GRC, and Legal.
