Job summary
Anthropic is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Enterprise pillar to make Claude enterprise-ready at scale. You will lead a team of engineers, drive end-to-end delivery, and partner with product, design, sales, and customer success to meet the needs of large organizations.
You’ll own platform readiness, compliance, and scalable integrations across Claude.ai, Claude Code, and API, shaping the roadmap with stakeholders while growing a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years as an engineering manager, with enterprise SaaS or cloud experience.
- Comfortable in fast-paced enterprise environments and cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow engineers building Claude enterprise-ready features and foundations.
- Own end-to-end execution: planning, prioritization, delivery quality, and incident response.
- Collaborate with product, design, sales, and customer success for enterprise deals.
- Shape the roadmap with cross-functional partners; ensure platform extensibility.
- Drive compliance and security readiness in collaboration with security/legal teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
