Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with customer exposure (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, SWE, TPM).
• Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering and deployment at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on architecture decisions for Claude-powered products.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and pilots for customer success.
• Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer teams.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions with account teams.
• Create scalable assets documenting LLM prompting and architecture techniques.
• Stay updated on latest LLM developments and product stacks.
