Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Staff or Senior Staff engineer to help design Claude Enterprise and drive its architecture, governance, and external partnerships. You will interface with executives from the world’s largest companies and shape long‑term direction for enterprise deployments.

You will lead multi‑year technical strategy, champion distributability across clouds, and mentor senior engineers across the organization while collaborating with product, security, and platform teams to reduce risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience at Staff level.
• Proven ability to shape technical strategy for large Enterprise SaaS.
• Expertise in distributed systems and API design.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year technical strategy for Claude Enterprise.
• Lead high-complexity, high-impact engineering initiatives across teams.
• Make key architectural decisions with org-wide scope.
