Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Product Engineer on the Applied AI team to advise Digital Native Businesses integrating Claude APIs into core products. You will guide architecture decisions, develop evaluation frameworks, and steer customers through cutting-edge implementation patterns for LLMs.

Working with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will lead pilots, workshops, and learning sessions that unlock safe, scalable AI solutions while upholding Anthropic's high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Production experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript; building production apps.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialist technical advisor to Anthropic customers deploying models and workflows from discovery through deployment.
• Partner with account executives and solutions architects to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Influence architecture decisions and customer product strategy by developing pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites.
• Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams.
• Identify common design patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering teams.
• Create scalable public and internal assets documenting LLM prompting, evaling, agentic, and architecture techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments and AI product stacks.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and implementation support.
• Attend conferences and contribute blog posts and white papers on AI topics.
