Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an engineering manager for its Enterprise pillar to scale Claude for Fortune 500 deployments. You will lead engineers, drive end-to-end execution, and partner with product, design, sales, and customer success to translate enterprise needs into scalable solutions across Claude.ai, Claude Code, and API.

You will shape roadmaps, drive platform readiness with security and legal, and build a high-performing team focused on reliability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering manager experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud services, or admin tools.
• Ability to move quickly to meet customer expectations and drive results.
• Strong focus on detail, reliability, and product robustness for enterprise users.
• Experience working with enterprise customers alongside sales and customer success.
• Leadership as a craft with clear feedback and ongoing team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers building Claude enterprise-ready features at scale.
• Own end-to-end engineering execution: planning, prioritization, delivery, and incident response.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure extensible, adoptable platforms.
• Partner with sales and customer success on enterprise deals; translate learnings into priorities.
• Shape roadmap with product and design; drive compliance and platform-readiness with security/legal.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow engineers; provide direct feedback and foster a high-performing team.
