Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in a remote capacity. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model while collaborating with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.

You will apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to ensure a disciplined pipeline, deliver executive-level

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals.
• Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering executive-level presentations and demos.
• History of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
• Fluency discussing observability, security, and cloud cost optimization.

Responsabilités

• Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC.
• Deliver tailored value stories and live product demos.
• Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and accurate forecasts.
• Lead executive negotiations and pricing discussions with stakeholders.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success and RevOps to accelerate deals.
