Job summary

Trilagen is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead pure hunting for enterprise AI services and solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed SOW, building pipeline without an inbound engine, and targeting CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs at large enterprises.

You will operate in a fast-paced startup environment, shaping messaging and GTM strategy while working directly with leadership to build the sales function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales to commercial enterprise buyers (not SaaS licenses).
• Proven success selling emerging technologies: AI, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Experience at startups with limited brand recognition, earning credibility independently.
• Consistent quota achievement via outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder buying and 150k–500k+ engagements.
• Ability to source, develop, and close opportunities without SDRs or large marketing support.
• Familiarity with AWS, Okta, or SailPoint partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close with no inbound engine.
• Generate and manage pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and events.
• Target enterprise and upper mid-market organizations undergoing AI transformation.
• Sell across Trilagen practices: AI Agent Engineering, Cloud, and Identity Security.
• Collaborate with technical architects and delivery teams during discovery.
