Procore Technologies seeks a Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI to scale AI fluency across our global workforce. You will design persona-based enablement programs, build the enterprise knowledge base, and lead a champions network to accelerate AI adoption.

Based in Austin, TX or remote within the United States, you will collaborate with product, talent, and learning teams to drive measurable impact and ensure AI investments deliver real value for Procore and its customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, learning and development, or change management at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) and ability to teach others to use them.
• Experience designing role-based learning programs and measuring business impact.
• Proven success building and leading global champion or ambassador networks.
• Experience building and maintaining self-service learning hubs or enterprise knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence).

Responsabilités

• Design persona-based enablement programs with role, function, and access tier in mind.
• Build and own a centralized AI knowledge base with how-to guides, libraries, FAQs, and training resources.
• Develop and run a champions network across business units.
• Plan and manage rollout training and communications in partnership with rollout leads.
• Own adoption communications and roadmaps for AI tools and capabilities.
• Lead demos, workshops, and AI showcases to demonstrate business value and drive adoption.
• Track capabilities across Claude, Gemini, and other enterprise tools and update guidance as features evolve.
• Provide ongoing learning support via office hours and collaborative channels.
