Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI in the Austin area with remote flexibility across the U.S. to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives and scale governance. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes for Security, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.

You will own the AI intake, manage dependencies, and lead monthly progress reporting while ensuring governance and risk frameworks are applied across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale cross-functional programs in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to design, establish, and scale intake, governance, or service management frameworks.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end, from strategy to full operational adoption.
• Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units.
• Establish and drive the enterprise AI governance and reporting cadence, including executive-level updates.
