Job summary

Pursuit Talent Advisory in Austin, Texas seeks a senior leader to own enterprise AI strategy and the ChatGPT Enterprise platform. You will build reusable AI tools, run the platform, set guardrails, and teach teams to embed AI in daily workflows across departments.

You will partner with IT Security and engineering leadership to govern access, ensure data protection, and scale adoption with practical training and governance processes. This role anchors AI in business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building reusable AI solutions used by non-technical staff.
• Hands-on admin of an enterprise AI workspace: users, groups, licenses, SSO provisioning.
• Strong governance judgment to assess data exposure and risk before deployment.
• Experience with APIs, authentication, and secure data access; able to prototype fixes.
• Ability to teach through role-based training and practical guides.
• Excellent communication with executives and frontline users to drive cross-department adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable AI tools and workflows used across departments.
• Own and operate ChatGPT Enterprise: users, groups, licenses, SSO provisioning; document procedures.
• Decide enable/restrict/pilot/defer for new capabilities and integrations.
• Define guardrails for use, data handling, retention, and external sharing; conduct reviews with IT Security.
• Connect AI to company data via supported sources and MCP apps; validate permissions end to end.
• Drive adoption through department-by-department use cases and internal champion programs.
• Measure value via workspace analytics and user feedback; refine training and tooling accordingly.
