Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Data Analytics, Organizational Dev, Communications, or related field required.
• 13 months to 3 years of experience in AI enablement, business analysis, consulting, technology adoption, or related discipline.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience facilitating training, coaching, workshops, or organizational adoption efforts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide adoption and effective use of AI across the organization.
• Translate business needs into practical AI solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Lead AI strategy, transformation, adoption, training, governance, and responsible AI practices.
