Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to partner with the Chief AI Officer and business leaders to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and business transformation initiatives. This role combines hands-on Generative AI work with strategic consulting to identify opportunities, drive adoption, and enable scalable AI outcomes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will work across Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and IT, delivering practical AI

Qualifications

7+ years of consulting, digital transformation, or solution delivery.
2+ years hands-on Generative AI experience.
Experience using AI tools in day-to-day business operations.
Experience driving organizational change and user adoption.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience leading workshops and requirements discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize AI use cases with key stakeholders across functions.
Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms including Copilot initiatives.
Lead AI discovery workshops and reimagine business processes through AI-enabled workflows.
Develop role-based AI playbooks, training materials, and adoption strategies.
Advise senior leaders on AI opportunities, governance, and implementation approaches.
Guide users to appropriate AI solutions based on business needs and security requirements.
Create demos, proofs of concept, and practical examples showing business value.
Support AI change management with communications and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with data, architecture, security, and platform teams for safe AI adoption.
Measure and report AI adoption, productivity, and business impact.
