Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sr. Partner Development Manager to own the enterprise AI partner growth strategy and multi-year business plans. You will align investments, governance, and enablement programs to position joint solutions at scale, working with executives across CDW and partner leadership.

You will drive field enablement, co-sell motions, and joint campaigns, while shaping CDW’s AI ecosystem and ensuring profitable growth across assigned partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales/marketing/project management experience, or 14+ years in these areas, or 4 years CDW PPM plus 10 years in sales/marketing/project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence executive leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and mentor peers.
• History of building strategic partner relationships with major brands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own AI partner strategy and multi-year growth plans for assigned partners.
• Translate partner roadmaps into CDW plays and co-sell programs.
• Provide market and技 trends guidance to shape partner ecosystem strategy.
• Own AI field enablement: sales plays, deal guidance, and readiness.
• Build CDW’s AI brand across sales territories and drive partner program adoption.
• Develop joint campaigns with Marketing and Services to drive growth.
• Align offerings with Services and Presales to create repeatable CDW offerings.
• Manage partner investment governance and multi-million-dollar funding decisions.
