Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Deployment Manager on the Beneficial Deployments team to guide customers from contract to live deployment of Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products, ensuring secure, governed adoption.

You will configure identity providers, manage workspace provisioning, and work with CISOs and CTOs on governance, security, and rollout strategies, building scalable activation programs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementation management, technical account management, onboarding, solutions consulting, or customer success.
• Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise identity integration work: SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, and JIT provisioning across multiple providers.
• Experience advising CISOs/CTOs on enterprise governance and setup for a SaaS/AI platform.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Ability to design, ship, and measure programs serving many customers simultaneously.
• Fluency with AI in workflows and capability to build tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own activation journey from contract to production deployment across Claude products.
• Deploy Claude inside customer environments and configure SSO, SCIM, and provisioning across identity providers.
• Advise CISOs/CTOs on governance and enterprise setup.
• Enable MCP connectors and configure capabilities for customer use cases.
• Design and scale activation frameworks with templated playbooks.
• Turn playbooks into repeatable, self-serve programs and onboarding cohorts.
• Drive organizational change with rollout plans and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Define and track success metrics like activation rate and time-to-value.
• Channel customer insights to Product, Support, and Security teams.
