Eloquent AI, Inc. is seeking an Agent Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of our AI Agents and Operators into enterprise environments. You’ll work directly with customers to scope use cases, manage configurations, monitor performance, and ensure successful go-lives.

This is a customer-facing, deployment-focused role ideal for translating business needs into system logic, coordinating across teams, and delivering AI-powered workflows with real-world value.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in solution delivery, implementation or technical project management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt iteration, and system constraints.
• Ability to map complex workflows into structured logic and work with technical teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, ownership to track results.
• Background in Data Science, CS, Engineering, or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI Operators with enterprise customers.
• Scope customer use cases, manage configurations, monitor performance, drive go-lives.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation using internal tools and prompts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to resolve edge cases.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and drive incident resolution.
