Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Deployment Manager to guide customers from contract to production deployment across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products. You will connect Claude to customer identities, provision access, and align security policies with CISOs and IT leaders.

You'll design scalable activation programs and deliver repeatable playbooks that scale across hundreds of nonprofits, ensuring measurable outcomes within the first 90 days and ongoing value realization.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with enterprise deployments.
Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations.
Hands-on ownership of identity integration work (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
Experience advising CISOs/IT leaders on governance and enterprise setup.

Responsibilities

Own activation journey from contract to production deployment for Claude products.
Configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML), SCIM, and JIT provisioning across identity providers.
Advise CISOs/CTOs on governance and security in deployments.
Enable MCP connectors and activation of features for customer use cases.
Design scalable activation frameworks and repeatable playbooks.
Develop change management strategies and Train-the-Trainer programs.
Define and track success metrics across activation rate and satisfaction.
Channel customer insights to Product, Support, and Security teams.
