Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with strategic customers, guiding the technical direction of their AI adoption. You will own end-to-end engagements, shape architecture, and lead advisory work across accounts to deliver production AI solutions.

Work closely with Research, Product, and Engineering to translate complex business problems into secure, reliable production systems, including agents and Claude-based components.

Qualifications

• Deep system design and problem decomposition skills for complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with production systems and AI/LLM deployments.
• Experience in senior technical, customer-facing roles (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer / Tech Lead).
• Ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders including VP/C-level.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for key accounts with product and account teams.
• Guide architecture and design decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Lead discovery and advisory engagements and shape scope before builds.
• Represent Anthropic to senior stakeholders and align on strategy and delivery.
• Deliver production systems and hand over to customers who can operate them.
