Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Deployment Manager to guide customers from contract to live deployment of Claude, Claude Code, and API products. You will connect identities, provision access, and align security policies with customer teams, delivering measurable outcomes within the first 90 days.

In this high-leverage role, you will design scalable activation frameworks, work cross-functionally with security and IT leaders, and build repeatable programs that extend services beyond individual deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise software to large organizations.
• Ability to advise CISOs and CTOs on governance and security.
• Strong cross-functional project management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own activation journey from contract signature to production deployment for Claude, Claude Code, and API products.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML), SCIM, and JIT provisioning across Okta, Entra ID, Ping, and Google Workspace.
• Advise customer CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup to ensure durable deployments.
• Enable MCP connectors and ensure capabilities are on for customer use cases and approvals.
• Design scalable activation frameworks and templated playbooks for standardized yet customizable deployments.
• Package successful activations into repeatable, self-serve programs and checklists.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to drive adoption across customer organizations.
