Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to expand enterprise AI capabilities. You will partner with Fortune 500 customers to uncover challenges and architect AI-powered solutions using our platform and enterprise-grade LLMs.

You’ll translate complex needs into tangible applications, drive adoption, and work across Product and Engineering to push the boundaries of generative AI, in a hybrid role based in our global hubs.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical SaaS roles with 3+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
Strong Python and API experience for AI-powered solutions.
Proven track record delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500s in fast-growth B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

Identify strategic AI use cases with enterprise customers and own end-to-end implementations.
Architect and deliver custom apps and integrations using WRITER's platform and APIs.
Translate complex platform capabilities into prescriptive solution recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
Develop scalable processes and documentation for efficient technical integrations.
Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within accounts.
