Conversion AI is seeking a Founding Deployment Strategist to ensure enterprise AI deployments succeed. This role focuses on sales enablement, customer migration, and helping customers realize value from the platform.

You will bridge customers with our engineering team to ensure a smooth implementation and help shape product with firsthand feedback. The role emphasizes partnering with sales, driving pilots, and demonstrating how to achieve significant marketing improvements using AI in a post-LLM

• Background in software engineering with a passion for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Sales enablement: partner with sales to close deals and run proofs-of-concept for enterprise customers.
• Customer migration: orchestrate migration from customers' marketing infrastructure to Conversion, coordinating with engineers for a smooth deployment.
• Succeeding with Conversion: advise marketing teams on leveraging AI tools to boost campaigns in a post-LLM world.
• Shaping product: work with engineering and product to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
