Job summary

AI Aspire is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work at the intersection of AI engineering and enterprise impact. You will be embedded with enterprise clients to identify high-value opportunities, redesign workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Between client engagements, you will be based out of our Mountain View office, contributing to internal tooling and platform development.

Qualifications

• Experience building with LLMs, agents, and RAG systems.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in enterprise environments and client-facing contexts.
• Experience with APIs and integrating enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI solutions at enterprise client sites and design AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand processes and identify efficiencies.
• Build and deploy AI tools and automations using the latest models.
• Coordinate with engagement managers to scope and deliver client engagements.
• Contribute to internal tooling and platform development between engagements.
• Stay up-to-date with AI engineering advances and bring ideas to the team.
